Centre Doncaster Trust, known as The Jubilee Trust ("we/our/us") under license from

We collect and

information, specifically, your ethnicity and details of your mental health),

We collect
and use your personal data to operate our website and deliver the services you
have requested.

available from us and our

registration with our website or otherwise.
We audit
and evaluate the impact of our website on users for research purposes. This is
done in conjunction with Five Areas
Limited (FAL), which is the company from whom we license the website content
and which is run by Dr. Chris Williams, the author of that content. We have been funded by Dr. Williams and FAL
to manage and operate this website.
Your use of our website
implies active consent (unless you inform us otherwise) that grouped summaries
of anonymised data from the users of the course may be provided to a third
party who may publish or present, for example, in scientific papers, articles,
books in any form written, electronic or audio, or at conferences. This may
include direct (but unattributed) quotes from the registration and course
feedback forms, and comments from the discussion forums. No personally identifiable
data will be published without the express prior consent of the individual
concerned.
From time to
time we pass information we have collected to trusted third parties to help
with our research. However we do not disclose any personally identifiable
information.
We keep
track of the pages our customers visit within our website so we can determine
what services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customised
content within our website to
users whose behaviour indicates that they are interested in a particular
category or product.
How do we control your personal data?
We secure your personal
data on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment and protected from
unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet
is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal
data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site;
any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information,

wish to have your website use audited or summarised in our evaluations of the
site and its impact, you should not use or post to the site. If you use the
site and then later wish to have your use of the site and all evaluations
deleted, please close your account from within youre my Living Life Area or contact
us at trustees@jubileetrust.co.uk and we will arrange this.
