Problems signing up?

If you are having problems logging onto the www.llttf.com site, please try the following steps which should resolve most of the difficulties:

First, please check you have cookies enabled on your browser. You can check this using the Technical FAQs at the top of the homepage (it should say Cookies are working)

If not, there are some instructions there on how to enable them on that page

Next, please check:

a)    Your Username: Please use your email address as the username
b)    Your  Password: You will have been sent an email with your password when you first registered. Please enter this exactly as it is case sensitive. You can request a replacement password using the link on the homepage. If this doesnÂ’t arrive within minutes please check your junk mail folder. Again, please enter it exactly as it appears in the email.
If you find that you cannot receive the password (usually because a company firewall or junk mail filter blocks it) please email us at errors@llttf.com and we can manually email it to you

If you still have problems logging in please can you visit:
http://support.mirata.ltd.uk/mysettings

This will scan your computer and provide a technical summary that is useful for our programmers to try to identify any issues. Please  can you copy that report  by pressing the Print screen (Prt Scr) button which is usually on the top right of your keyboard. Then paste that copy into the email or word document (using the paste function or the combination of pressing the Control Button and the V button) and then send details of all the read-out to us at errors@llttf.com

This will help our technical team advise you.
